Paracetamol and Dicyclomine HCl tablet is a combination medication that contains two different active ingredients: paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen) and dicyclomine hydrochloride.

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): This is a commonly used over-the-counter pain reliever and fever reducer. It works by blocking the production of prostaglandins in the brain, which are chemicals that cause pain and fever. • Dicyclomine Hydrochloride (HCl): This is an antispasmodic medication that helps to relieve muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal tract. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen):

• Mechanism of Action: The exact mechanism of action of paracetamol is not completely understood, but it’s believed to work by inhibiting an enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX). Unlike nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen, paracetamol primarily acts on COX in the central nervous system, reducing the production of prostaglandins (chemicals involved in pain and inflammation) in the brain.
